My name is Adriana, and I was born in Venezuela to an Italian mother and a Lebanese father. Growing up, the kitchen was the heart of our home, where we would gather to talk, socialize, and watch TV. Every Sunday, our house was filled with at least 20 people for a lively family brunch. When I later moved to the United States, cooking became my way of feeling at home. With years of experience, I have mastered Italian, Lebanese, Spanish, Venezuelan, and fusion cuisine. Now, I am excited to share my culinary knowledge with you in these cooking classes.
