You will learn how to level, layer and crumb coat a two layer, 6-inch vanilla cake, frost it smooth and pipe buttercream borders and accents. You will leave with a cake ready to eat or store.

Julia Child

Join Marinell, the owner of Nell’s Table and Nell’s Gourmet, for Session 2 of her long awaited cookbook club! This hands-on class will feature Marinell’s favorite recipes from the legendary Julia Child.


The four-course menu includes Soup l’Onion, Coq au Vin, vinaigrette from scratch, and Crepes Suzette.


Guests will cook together and learn tips from Marinell’s experience cooking from Julia’s recipes and studying her life in France.
