Kids Cooking Camp 1

This camp is a 5-day morning camp that exposes children ages 7-11 to a variety of food cultures. Breaks are built in to the daily schedule to taste and enjoy student creations. Leftover food will be taken home each day.


Recipes made will allow students to learn a variety of kitchen skills including kitchen safety, kitchen equipment, knife skills, stove & oven use, nutrition, mise en place, recipe reading, measuring, time management, kitchen clean up and more

KIDS CAMP 6:

Junior Chef Club: Family Meals

This intensive camp is a 5-day afternoon camp that exposes youth ages 11-15 to a variety of cooking techniques and foods as they prepare five complete meals. Breaks are built in to the daily schedule to taste and enjoy student creations. Meals to serve 4-6 will be taken home each day.


Recipes made will allow students to learn a variety of kitchen skills including kitchen safety, kitchen equipment, knife skills, stove & oven use, nutrition, mise en place, recipe reading, measuring, time management, kitchen clean up and more.


This camp focuses on practical cooking skills with an emphasis on teaching teens to prepare complete, balanced meals for family dinners. Students will learn proper food safety, nutrition basics, and efficient cooking techniques that will build confidence and independence in the kitchen. 


We will include some tips on how to use a slow cooker, how to budget for weekly meals and how to properly plan for and use leftovers.

This special 5-day morning camp introduces children to the cooking styles and signature techniques of five celebrated chefs. Each day focuses on a different culinary icon, teaching accessible versions of their classic recipes.


Daily schedules include cooking instruction, hands-on preparation, and time to enjoy their creations. Leftover food will be taken home each day.


Students will develop essential kitchen skills including kitchen safety, proper equipment handling, basic knife skills, safe stove and oven use, nutrition awareness, mise en place preparation, recipe reading, accurate measuring, time management, and kitchen cleanup routines.
