Eric Gardner grew up in the best of both worlds. His father was a wine connoisseur and his mother a gourmet cook. So, at a very early age Eric developed strong interests in both. That passion for food and wine steered him into producing popular cooking shows and wine segments on KOTA and KEVN television. While Eric enjoys high end food and wine like many, his schtick on his shows is to present easy-to-make dishes using ingredients readily found in "KOTA Territory." His desire is to show people how easy it is to prepare an elegant dish with often little effort, particularly with Italian and French cuisines. With Eric's tried and true recipes, it will look and taste like you spend the whole day in the kitchen, but in actuality, (shh) you didn’t.
