from Scratch
Marinell’s friend Trish was the first person to ask Marinell if she ever considered teaching basic cooking to young adults, and that simple question 8 years ago led us to this class: Young Adulting 1 —How to Cook from Scratch.
Marinell will teach how to make three beginner meals from scratch. For all the parents who have been asking, send your teens to this class!

Chef Jen Glover returns with a unique dining experience at her Chef's Table.
Menu for the four-course meal includes Date & Goat Cheese Phyllo Cigars, Chicken Marsala, Fresh Linguine, Sauteed Green Beans, Spiced Apple Cake
Selections of wine included as well as a variety of non-alcoholic beverages as the Nell's Table hosts serve you at our beautiful dining table.

Join us at Nell's Table for a special high tea in celebration of Mother's Day.

Cake Decorating
Experienced cake decorator Suzette McCully will guide you in making a decorated layer cake, just in time for Mother’s Day.
Suzette will show you how to level, layer and crumb coat a two layer, 6-inch vanilla cake, then guide you to frost it smooth and pipe buttercream borders and accents. You will leave with a cake ready to eat or store in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to a month.
Perfect for a beginner, but also fun if you have a little experience in cake decorating. Suzette is bringing tips you will want to learn!
Wondering what you will eat? Nell’s Table will provide some some of our signature snacks to get you through the class. And of course, you can taste the icing!

Join family herbalist Carey Denman to learn how humble kitchen herbs straight from the market can boost your immune system, relieve pain, aid in digestion, improve sleep, and more.
Class will consist of demonstrations and hands-on practice in making tasty herbal preparations.

Spring Focaccia
Professional chef Hayley Johnson is back, teaching her technique for delicious and beautiful spring focaccia.
In this hands-on class you will learn everything from the dough to the finished product, and enjoy some of Nell's Table signature snacks and sips while your dough rises.

Cookbook Club:
Ina Garten
Join Marinell, the owner of Nell’s Table and Nell’s Gourmet, for Session 2 of her long awaited cookbook club! This hands-on class will feature Marinell’s favorite recipes from the Barefoot Contessa herself, Ina Garten.
The four-course menu includes Bruschetta with Roasted Red Peppers and Goat Cheese, Roast Chicken with Lemon & Herbs, Perfect Mashed Potatoes and Chocolate Chunk Cookies.
Guests will cook together and learn tips from Marinell’s experience cooking from Ina’s recipes.
